Heiress started with a simple observation: the garment care industry is full of talented professionals who do extraordinary work, but the tools available to them are built around workflow and process, not around the customer or the item.

A wedding gown isn't a dry cleaning ticket. A christening dress passed down through four generations isn't an inventory number. These items carry emotional weight, family history, and personal meaning that deserves to be captured, celebrated and remembered, not just processed.

Heiress was born out of a desire to shift the focus from the operational side of garment care to the human side. To give conservators, restorers, and custodians a way to document not just what they did, but why it mattered, and to put that record into the hands of the people who care about it most.

Heiress is built by two founders whose crafts complete each other: one has spent a career caring for garments people cannot replace, the other builds the software that lets that care be seen, proven, and kept.

Sasha Ablitt

Sasha brings decades of hands-on experience in garment care, restoration, and customer relationships. Her practice is built on the belief that every item carries meaning and every client deserves to see their garment treated with the respect it carries. She is the industry voice behind Heiress, grounding every feature in the reality of how conservators and their clients actually work together.

Alex Martin

Auth/Technic Software Venture Studio

Alex designs and builds custom SaaS platforms for businesses that understand the best tools serve real people, not just move data around.
